I have been accused of fraudulent activity..because boohoo charged me for an item which was out of stock..I got a refund eventually, now because I have sent other items back boohoo are refusing to refund..saying I have accused them of missing items too often...I have NEVER accused them of this..I have this week signed up to premier..so besides a refund for items returned I want my premier refunded as I will never use this company again...never been so disgusted in customer service
