My order was delivered within 2 working days and when I contacted about returning one of my items, they were very friendly, efficient and helpful. So 10/10 for customer service. The only downfall was a pair of ripped jeans that I ordered in a size 10 that were just ripped so badly it literally looked like I done a crappy DIY job myself. Hence why I returned them. I also didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t edit any of your orders before being dispatched. I had accidentally ordered 2 of each items and about a minute afterwards I tried to cancel/edit and I had to wait for my items to arrive to then return them to get a refund. Other than that I usually like the style and quality of clothes. Size wise: pretty accurate.
