Very disappointed! I have ordered some maternity clothes for myself - first time I have received it a week later even though I have paid for next day delivery - delivery charge has never been refunded to me. Second time my items have been delivered to completely different house, luckily enough these people knew who I was and have given me my parcel later. And the third and last time I have tried to give Boohoo a chance I have again not received my order on time & still awaiting for it! I am 7 months pregnant and I really do not need any additional stress - but this has been very stressful to deal with Boohoo & their delivery company Hermes! Very disappointed! Will not be using Boohoo ever again.
