Simple order placed 29/11, paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing arrived, so I left it a while as I understand it was Black Friday and deliveries could be late. I get in touch with their customer services who asked me to wait until the 6th, and then they could action something. In the meantime, they soooo graciously refunded the £1 upgrade for delivery. I reasonably waited until the 7th, only to once again be fobbed off and told to wait until the 11th and there is nothing they can do. On the 11th, they let me know most of my original order was now out of stock because I'd had to wait so long for a resolution, and they finally decided to ship the last piece, with no refund on shipping. Considering this is my first order, this is absolutely atrocious service, way to show off your company, obviously you don't plan for repeat business. I will be actively discouraging people from placing orders with yourself, and I will never again be placing one myself.
