I ordered a jogging suit and a pair of socks on December the 1st and today is December the 22nd 3 days before Christmas and my order hasn’t came yet! I text the Instagram page @boohoomanoffical and they responded with a text saying “ The time-frame we have provided is just a date to look to in which if the tracking doesn't update we can refund or resend then- but don't worry we expect this to be delivered before then! I understand that this is not ideal and we are doing our best to get this sorted for you. In the small number of parcels that are delayed, the vast majority of these still get delivered to our customers. We have a certain window time period that has been agreed with the courier for them to complete investigations on any parcel that does not have a tracking update, or where the tracking does not update from one point to another. Once that window has passed then they have no choice but to allow a claim for the loss of a parcel. Rest assured that if you do not receive your package by this date, we will make sure that we resolve it on the day for you. -Hina“ they won’t refund me my money and I have to wait until January 4th which is 1 month and 3 days after my order date this is ridiculous not only that my tracking number does not work and it says my package has been in jamacia sense the 10th of December
