Ordered 4 items, used their size chart to fit my body type and it was too small. Thats fine i can send them back for a refund. However, i ordered a size 10 pair of shoes, they sent me size 11.
Apparently i still have to pay the postage to send them back despite having evidence of ordering a size 10 and getting a size 11. Lift your game BooHooMan. I personally wont be shopping with you again and I will tell my friends the same.
