I wish I could give a negative five star review. I ordered my clothes on the 7th of May and today is May 20th and my package is still in Saddlebrook, NJ. I selected the 8 business day delivery and it said to be expected by or before the 18th of May. I’ve contacted FedEx because I thought maybe it was a delay on their end but no. BoohooMAN created a label for my package but never shipped it out. I wish I read the reviews on this company before ordering or I would’ve spent the hundred dollars somewhere else. The customer service is terrible. I reached out to boohooman and they kept telling me that my package will arrive at a later date. First the 18th, then the 19th, then the 20th (no package has come yet and no updates from FedEx saying it’s been shipped out). This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never shop there again. I don’t see how they’re getting 5 stars from some people... they’re probably paying folks to give good reviews. I feel like I’ve been robbed for my money. How is this company still in business???
