Okay so I love their clothes! So this review is no way in connection to their actual clothing items. But with that being said, This review is specifically for their Customer Service. I was going to Miami for the weekend, and ordered my clothes. For some reason my packages shipped in 2 orders separately. I was like okay whatever. But time kept trying closer and next thing I know it was 15 days later, and STILL! No delivery. So the day before my trip I managed to only receive 1
Package. I contacted them and asked why would my packages be shipped at the same time & I only get one of them? Of course they didn’t help. Just fed me some
BS automated line. So sadly I went on vacation with only 1 package of clothes I had planned to wear. My parents ended up bringing down the 2nd package. And when I opened it up, I had a sweat shirt in there that was supposed to Small, but it came in XXL! I certainly do not wear that size. And pleaded with them to just send me a small or just give me a $6 credit towards my next order. But they insisted they could not do that. They said I would have to go down to the Shipment store (I don’t even have a car), get them to ship it out for me, Pay for it, and then they would refund me my $6. I laughed at them because I’m not doing all of that for a $6 Sweat Shirt. It’s not good business or good customer service. I have ordered from them several times because, I definitely don’t deserve the BS they are trying to feed me. You are supposed to make your customers happy and satisfied so they keep coming back. All I have to say is, DO BETTER!!!
