Disgusting.
Ordered 27 items and delivered in 3 bags. Paid £5.99 for Selected Day Delivery which 1/3 parcel arrived a day after that day and 2/3 arrived 2 days after that.
One bag was ripped 10-15cm.
Contacted via Live chat… Response: All items were scanned, please check your parcel and you will find it there. We are unable to offer a replacement or a refund.

Accept your mistakes at least.
Also you might as well get your staffs trained with customer service, how to pack - without overfilling one bag to save bag use, how to find a good bag to ship.
