My son ordered some pants for homecoming. He ordered 30R and looked on the website that explained R is for regular which means 32 inches in length. This is the size of all his pants and they fit great. He got the pants, they are too short not to mention snug. After looking at the tag to make sure they are what was ordered they were in fact labeled 30R, however right below this on the tag it explains the length is 81cm which is shy of 32inches. After already paying $15 in shipping and then for them to make us pay $4 to ship them back for a refund makes me upset. They don’t see this as mislabeled item and not what was expected or ordered. Also this was the first time ordering from them and we ordered just the one item. They have refused to help us with refunding the initial shipping with the refund and/or the return shipping at very least. We would only get $16 back and would have paid over $40. Thats robbery in my opinion. This was also my sons money he earned and he is only 15. We will never even look at this website again and definitely will never order from them. Sounds like there are many reviews not in their favor. Hopefully it stops some people from ordering from them.
