I placed an order on 1/9/22 that totaled $351. I received a notification 2 days later that half of my shipment was sent. I never received an email regarding the second half of the order. After weeks passed of not receiving my order, I contacted UPS and was told that the half of my order that was shipped was held in customs because boohooMAN never sent notification of the package. When I contacted boohooMAN for a refund, they only issued $131 for the half of the the order that was shipped and sent back to them from customs. To this day, I have never heard back about the second half of my order nor have they responded to any of my emails requesting them to refund the full amount of my order
