Awful experience, they allegedly dumped the order at my doorstep (exposed to loads of people) whilst I was away with work. Then proceeded to make me check with all 11 of my neighbours (embarrassing) at there forced request, despite informing them that all the neighbours knock on when they take in a parcel for another apartment. Done that for last 12 years. Yet it's somehow special for BoohooMan
They thought it was acceptable for Royal Mail to doorstep the parcel, if it ever happened at all. I actually had to dispute that this is not acceptable or in fact the actual process.
I put in a complaint and they try to make you feel like a criminal for it. Then in the final email they agree to replace the order they dumped somewhere at no extra cost to me, oh lucky me. Thank you very much for fulfilling my order I paid for at the price agreed and not charging me extra.
It's been painful, prolonged, unfriendly, embarrassing bordering on hostile, frustrating and an all round bad experience. Made me feel very angry the whole process.
I now know why they call it BooHoo because it makes you cry. Next time I will just ask for a kick in the balls instead of ordering from BooHoo.
Had to email the CEO of the company to sort it out, due to the design of the website being purposely hard for people to complain.
This whole process left me feeling angry inside. I don't get angry at anything but this had just been absolutely awful.
