Bought a onsie, it came with a faulty zip. Wrote them an email, they replied wanting a video, I couldn't attach the file because it was too big, they asked me to send it on messenger, I sent it, no reply. I sent them another email letting them know I'd sent the video to messenger then got a stupid response telling me they were sorry there was a fault with the item if I could please send a video. Wtf 6 emails back and forth only to come full circle, what a waste of my time and money. I will never order from here again, cheap bad quality products even worse customer service.
