Store refuses to request a pickup for shipment delivered late and no longer able to be received by me. Ups instructions are very clear that the seller is to request shipping to pick up so that item can be returned to sender and charges refunded to me. Store refused so I have been fighting for weeks for a refund to issued to me. They even went as far as to tell me ups doesn’t pick up packages…. Seriously?
