They’re sizing charts in comparison to Australia is wrong and they make no reference that I must select my equivalent UK size. Shoes I needed for an event obviously came in the wrong size with not enough time to rectify.
No help from customer service only that I should return the item which will cost me $15 AUD. How ridiculous.
Never again.
