On 7.26.24 i placed a $100 order due to have a wedding to attend on 8.3.24. The main item in the order were a pair of dress pants due to the fact they fit the occasion. I paid for express shipping to ensure on time delivery. Delivery was set for 8.1.24 but arrived 7.31.24. Opening the package 3/4 items were in the bag. This is my 10th order placed and i have never experienced this issue before. I research and it says the items could come separately so i wait until the actual scheduled delivery date. After 45mins of trying to figure out how to contact someone i get on Facebook and inbox boohooman directly. I representative responded quickly and let me know that they can run back the cctv to see if it was packaged in the order. It is now the day of the wedding and at 7:01am the email me saying they watched the cameras and the pants were sent. I am now left to go find something to wear and out of my hard earned money in the difficult economy we live in. As a company, seeing your loyal customers history with you you’d think they’d be more compromising to their customers. I didn’t want any money off or back i really would have just preferred the item i paid for when i expected to have it. If you continue to order from them please take a video of yourself opening your package so they do make you out to be delusional or a liar.
