Extremely Disappointed - Wrong Items Sent and No Refund! I am beyond frustrated with BoohooMAN and their shocking customer service. As a social media influencer with a significant following, I often rely on online retailers for my fashion needs, and I was excited to share my latest haul with my audience. Unfortunately, BoohooMAN has made this an experience I would never want to promote. I ordered several items from their website, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new clothes. However, when the package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had sent me the wrong items. None of the items I received were what I ordered—they were completely different in size, style, and color. I understand that mistakes happen, but what has truly shocked me is how BoohooMAN has handled—or failed to handle—this situation. I immediately reached out to their customer service team, explaining the issue and requesting a refund for the incorrect items. What followed has been an absolute nightmare of back-and-forth emails and chats with multiple customer service representatives, all of whom have been unhelpful and dismissive. Despite pleading my case multiple times, BoohooMAN has refused to issue a refund. They’ve asked for photos and details repeatedly, which I provided promptly, yet nothing has been resolved. It feels like they’re hoping I’ll just give up and accept the loss. As someone who influences purchasing decisions for a large audience, I’m appalled at how poorly BoohooMAN treats its customers. If this is how they handle a straightforward issue, I shudder to think how they handle more complex ones. I’ve wasted so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue, and it’s clear that BoohooMAN doesn’t care about their customers once they have your money. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never be shopping with BoohooMAN again. I strongly advise others—especially my followers and fellow influencers—to think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide any reasonable customer service. I am deeply disappointed by BoohooMAN’s complete lack of accountability and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
