Seems like us large is equal to xl, use their size estimate tool. I was skeptical about the xl but ordered anyway and fit was spot on. Did two day shipping and showed up on time. Shirts are butter soft and slightly longer but fitted. I'd order again. I assume it's owned by asos so may be hit or miss.
