Thursday 3rd I ordered and paid for next day delivery, hours before the 10PM cut off time. I needed next day delivery because I go on holiday on Tuesday 8th (5 days from when the order was made). Friday 4th My next day delivery order had not arrived. I contacted BoohooMan through Facebook who told me my order had been sent to the incorrect depot and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a coupon code that would give me free next day delivery on my next order. Saturday 5th My next day delivery order still hadn't arrived. I was told my order was in transit and to wait another 48-72 hours. I asked if my order could just be sent again from the warehouse as I could not risk my clothes arriving after my holiday departure. I was told by this was not possible. Sunday 6th Using Track My Order, I could see that my order was infact not in transit but still sitting at the incorrect depot. Knowing my order was probably not going to arrive before my holiday departure on Tuesday 8th, I reordered my entire order and tried to use the gesture of goodwill coupon code but it resulted in the error message "%1$s" so had to pay full price praying it would arrive for Tuesday. Monday 7th My original order showed as still sitting in the incorrect depot despite being told it was in transit. My new order showed as being dispatched. Tuesday 8th My new order arrived just before my holiday departure and old order showing as still sitting in the incorrect depot which begs the question, why could the order not be resent from the warehouse after being told this was not a possibility? So, 5 days after paying for next day delivery, my order still hasn't arrived. God knows if it will arrive when im back from holiday. Probably not. I spoke to a total of 8 people, all of which didn't read the prior messages in the thread which was extremely frustrating. They missed the point that I needed my order before holiday departure. They refused to send me a review link which I asked for 4 times. They refused to refund the delivery charges on the original order despire the fact I'll have to send it back when it eventually arrives. A truly awful, awful experience. This reivew would be somewhat positive if they had basic customer service skills. The could have: Resent the order from the warehouse or refunded the full delivery costs. Made sure the gesture of goodwill coupon code actually worked before sending it. Sent me a review link when I asked the first time instead of the fourth time. Read prior messages in the thread or use the same customer service advisor instead of 8 different people. Don't lie to the customer and tell them an order is in transit when it's sitting at the incorrect depot. Would rate 0 if I could.
