Booked ferry tickets to cross over to Cozumel island. The process was straightforward and I received an email with the tickets attached. I then had to print out the tickets to be able to use them at the ferry terminal. I was told that we needed to exchange them for tickets, but in the end, they accepted the printed QR code and all was good. There was a delay in sending me the tickets, so I used email contact and customer service got back to me very quickly.
