Having paid in BOOKAWAY the price of two train tickets in second class with reserved seats, we never received confirmation from the operator, we contacted BOOKAWAY several times without giving us a solution and in the end we found ourselves at the train station without tickets and without reserved seats . The solution that their local agent gave us was to buy two third-class tickets without reserved seats at the ticket office, a few minutes before the train departure. After complaining several times to BOOKAWAY they tell us that since the service is already provided (third class without seats???) we are not entitled to any compensation. It is a company that after paying them ignores the customer.
