I booked a round trip bus from Ho Chi Minh to Thau Chao on your website. The booking process itself was fine, but when I actually got on the bus, I had a bit of trouble proving that I booked online, since the payment was cash only. Also, the location of the return bus stop was not where it was written on the ticket. This was a major mistake for me. I'm writing this down for future customers who may have the same experience.
