We filed a complaint with Bookaway two months ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, we still haven’t received a refund. Their excuse? They “haven’t been able to contact the boat operator.” But here’s the issue: we booked with Bookaway, not the operator. The responsibility is on them, yet they refuse to take accountability.
