Misleading Information & Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with this company. The booking confirmation and website provided the wrong pick-up time, causing me to miss my shuttle—yet they refused any refund. Instead of offering a fair solution, they only gave me a 15% discount for a future booking. Absolutely unacceptable customer service—never again!
