The books themselves were in perfect condition and that's what matters most. The delivery was exactly on time based on the initial delivery estimate. The price was also unbeatable. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the set's jacket was damaged. It had torn at several of the seams, which (if it's going to tear at all that's the best place for it to happen) I had to tape back together. At some point I'll fix it with some adhesive and some heavy card stock. All in all I was happy with it, but they could take better care with the packaging.
