After arranging an offered hearing test by Boots & attending our appointment it was a waste of our time.
The audiologist said I had ear wax!
I have no signs of ear wax at all.
My husband also attended his appointment & was told he also could not have his ear test as he had ear wax, strangely we were both told in our right ear!!!
Waste of our time by Boots.
