Would give nil if it would let me. Was told I had ear wax. (Just had it done by nhs) so why? Lost one aid that had no problems with. Wanted replacement. I was told it was no longer sold. ??
Persuaded to try rechargeable. Found them poor and inconvenient. Tested again each time I visited as the sounds were poor. My old one still sounded ok. Also nhs ones sound fine without having tested for years. Old one works with compiler I bought new dont. Replacements cheaper than original.
Wont give me money back or replace battery aids. Tried to return them but they wont take them nor replace them.🥺
