Beyond dreadful. Avoid
Beyond dreadful. £££’s spent on state of the art hearing aids. Numerous visits for adjustments and 3 times for repair within 6 months and barely a year old. Customer care non existent, 4 calls to them over 11 days, apologies each time and assurances from them to no avail. Avoid at all costs.
