THE worst ever ‘care’ I have ever been subjected to. £3000 on state of the art hearing aids that are not fit for purpose. Not 6months old yet and have bygone to be exchanged for a new set again. Save your money, and run away from Boots. They don’t even respond to complaint emails. Into the 3rd week now and still no hearings aids or contact from them.
