It is a disgrace for a company like boots in Caterham!! Since had the hearing aid from there, it never right! Spent about £2000.- yet it is appalling! Returned to shop numerous times to get it fixed and they blamed you instead! They like to see the back of you asap and told you to drop the hearing aid in the evening and they will adjust for you the next day so that you need not to go in but heard nothing for 2 days now! Rang at 4pm and was told she has gone home!!?? “We will leave a note for her so that she could call you In morning”! This is someone from Optician department! Come on Boots, you could do better than this!! Could you not understand how frustrated for the old people who rely on your hearing aids day in day out? This is a lot of money for something that doesn’t fit for purpose most of the time! Please please get in touch! I now could not even able to talk to you on phone because my hearing aids is with you! I have left you my son’s phone please get in touch with him! Your earliest attention to this matter will be highly appreciated-
