My hearing test and subsequent fitting of hearing aids was with Mr Shah at the Boots Hearing Care centre in Yardley. I found Mr Shah to be hugely informative , clearly explaining what was happening every step of the way. I was therefore quite prepared for the early days of wearing my new aids and quite quickly became accustomed to them. It has been transformative and made me realise how much I was loosing. His patience and natural good humour made this journey, which I was initially reluctant to make, so very much easier. Have just had my second fitting with an appointment in 12 months time for a further check. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The price of the hearing aids don’t appear to be any more expensive than other companies.
