Not a legit return or refund policy I placed an order on their website and was led to believe they offered returns and refunds. This is posted on their site. When my order arrived the garments were way too small. I contacted their customer service via email and was told that I could donate the items and they would send replacement items but I would have to pay shipping (from China). I responded by writing that wasn't a suitable solution for me. They replied that they do not have pre-paid shipping materials so I would have to pay shipping in order to get a refund. Not a very useful return policy. I do not recommend Boxhero. Date of experience: November 19, 2024
