First i asked about euro lotto and suggested that i thought it was 100,000 euros. He comes back saying it is 100 euros. I had to correct him, that it is 100,000 and he agreed. After he answered the last question about french lotto, he suggested that for more info i should log on the website boylelotto.com I explained that I am logged on the boylelotto.com, but couldnt see any info and that s why i contacted the customer service. to which he replied with: if there is anything else he can do for me today' OK. First of all, the maximum payout in lotto games is a basic question, as some games have odds 1:100,000 and even 1:500,000 I felt i had to drag the answers out of him, and obviously his directing me to the website was useless and showed lack of knowledge and training.
