The positives of my experience - Hannah was responsive and polite. The negatives - I had a query regarding a calculation of dead-heats in golf, and to query an amount that I won. There was a complete lack of transparency surrounding the calculation. Hannah was unable to provide a calculation - just the assurance that the trading department had assured her that the amount calculated was correct.
