This is the second time I had to contact Live Chat due to the site not allowing me to make a deposit. Both times the agent had no idea what was causing the problem. I eventually worked out it was because I had put 25.00 as the amount instead of just 25. The agents should have known this was a problem - I can't be the first one to experience this! Also, today's agent doesn't know how to spell "hear" (wrote "here").
