I contacted customer support tonight as i had a problem after i deposited in the shop.
The docket i handed in had my name but my mams account number (my mistake) but my mam also has a 10 euro daily limit on her account and i feel not only should the teller have read the docket and noticed wrong name/wrong account number but surely amount should not have been deposited?
I went back to the shop and realised the error so i contacted customer support and as much as i can accept the only solution was to get my mam to make the withdrawal when she can (she lives down the country,nowhere near a shop) i then asked the customer service rep seeing as i feel there was a mistake on both parts could she possibly give me some LP's to play bingo this evening until i can get it sorted tomorrow,to which she simply replied she couldn't do this as they were not owed on my account??
I just feel this was very unfair as i know that LP's can be awarded in case of mistakes.
