AVOID THIS COMPANY !! I ordered from brandalley.co.uk at the mid of November and I have still not received my ordered after 3 weeks not hearing anything I called brandalley.co.uk up and wanted to cancel my ordered they refused to cancel my order even though it hadn't even been processed yet the lady in there customer service team told me not to cancel and that it will arrive in time for christmas 6 weeks has now gone by christmas has been a gone and now iv checked the status of my order on royal mail and they are saying that brandalley haven't even sent my order to royal mail so all they have done is take peoples money and not send me my order by the looks of things they have lied to us all!!!!!!!! they are crooks they have taken my rights to cancel away from me which is against consumer rights !!!! they wrote a comment below my last review and i haven't heard from brandalley since there is no excuse christmas is over and i want answer !!! brandalley you have left me no choice now the retail ombudsman will be in touch I have had no luck with you I KNOW YOU WILL ANSWER TO THE RETAIL OMBUDSMAN AND I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!! your customer service is disgusting I will never shop here again !!!! I will write bad reviews on every single platform until someone dose something about this I want my money back you have stolen my money !!!
