“I bought a MK brand handbag recently via Brandally. Their delivery service was good. I paid for one day delivery. However, due to the Christmas season, it has been delivered within three days.
I had a major complaint regarding the product. Even though it is a MK brand handbag, I have a serious doubt about the originality of the product. It is a pink colour bag. I have used it only for two days. The second day I noticed discoloration over the handle. I stopped to use the handbag and I had a chat with the customer care. They informed me that there is no way to return or refund. It may be a dye from my coat or jeans. They came to a conclusion that this is not a discoloration or fade. They asked me to remove the dye. I tried my best to clean it. But it didn’t work. I spent 132£ over the product. I feel so bad.”
“Took a month and 3 delivery dates to tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order ! WhatsApp seemed like automated as they never answered the questions I asked. All in all a very frustrating experience and won’t be using them again”

“That's appalling behaviour for a digital business. I ordered a winter coat just before Christmas (very good deal, so I was excited to bag it), they sent me a completely wrong item - a shirt (same brand). I contacted them saying can you please send me my coat and arrange return of the shirt as I didn't order it. It took them days to respond, then they realised they made a mistake and were never intending to be selling the coat at that price. They then updated my Orders portal by replacing coat with a shirt - as if that's what I ordered... and came back with a standard "sorry, we ran out of stock" - as if!
Should've stuck to Yoox and Zalando! Lesson learned.”

after 3 weeks not hearing anything I called brandalley.co.uk up and wanted to cancel my ordered they refused to cancel my order even though it hadn't even been processed yet the lady in there customer service team told me not to cancel and that it will arrive in time for christmas 6 weeks has now gone by christmas has been a gone and now iv checked the status of my order on royal mail and they are saying that brandalley haven't even sent my order to royal mail so all they have done is take peoples money and not send me my order
by the looks of things they have lied to us all!!!!!!!!
they are crooks they have taken my rights to cancel away from me which is against consumer rights !!!!

Ordered a nice Leather chair in good faith.
Given a delivery window of 5 days.
Have been waiting weeks now.
26 emails response the same. It will be dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. Now they just don't respond. Says in the order item delayed. Getting zero response and the chair was not cheap either. This company take your money and do not have stock of items they then attempt to source them it seems.
I have requested a refund and to cancel this order. Guess what. No response. Seriously stay away”
“Paid express delivery they didn't despatch until the following day i enquired and then they said be later that day they never came then received a txt from royal mail the following day saying be delivered that day never came yet again so I enquired yet again to then be told my item is still at the warehouse and they will be on there way to me in the next 24to48 ours and said they have issued a refund of my express delivery this site is a absolute joke iv never known anything like it so unprofessional and clearly liers I wish I read these reviews before I had ordered off this site I would of gone elsewhere do not buy anything!!!!!! Items can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive but once you get the hang of their this its no problem.
