I had eye surgery and needed a pair of good sunglasses for the recovery period and longer. I ordered a pair rather expensive sumglasses from BrightEyes as I was unable to venture out to the shops. I chosed BrightEyes as there was a wide range on line and fairly priced. The glasses arrived very quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately the glasses did not fit me well enough. On calling BrightEyes from Melbourne I experienced a warm and understandling acceptance of my need to return the glasses for a refund. I followed the instructions and all was resolved very promptly. I will definitely buy from BrightEyes when I can do some homework re fit and style in the near future.
