I asked a woman named Milred how much is my balance and SHE SPOKE OVER ME FOR 10 MINUTES , when I finally said 'Please ! I just want to know my balance!' She finally gave it to me and I asked her name and she lied and said her name was Red. , she said R.E.D, But would not tell me until I said...Really? Your name is Red?? Then she pretended to not hear me when I could hear her there perfectly. She stayed silent for some time and I kept asking if she was there and she finally said yes. Honestly she should not be working with people! It wasn't until the very end that she admitted that her name was Mildred. She is working for a financial institution and she lies???!!! SCARY.
