I've been paying this company for more than 15 years now. Thousands of dollars! And I'm thoroughly disappointed in their customer servicing. Trying to do simple things like change my bank account for withdrawals, and also trying to change my beneficiary details. I've wasted hours of my time on the phone, being passed around from country to country, department to department. Them being unable to locate my account multiple times. I share the frustration with poor English language and difficulties communicating.
Based on the problems reported here, where people are unable to collect on their policy, I think it's time to cut my thousands of dollars in losses and see what my other options are for insurance life elsewhere. There seems no sense to changing beneficiaries if all I'm going to do is add more stress to those left behind if I die early.
