I am a professional 135 Captain/Check Airman flying a Phenom 300. I needed a smaller bag to put my pilot stuff in and place that bag below my pilot seat. Additionally I needed be able to compress bag while lowering the seat so I could get in a out of the seat. I have the pocket front flap, CS2 center, and flat back pocket. I carry all my trinket stuff in the pockets. In the middle section I go back and forth to the hotel with my ipad and my laptop. I wil take my flashlight to and from the airplane. When I go off rotation to fly the airlines I will put my light windbreaker, clarity aloft headset, and charging cables. See pic of all the stuff I have. The only thing missing is my headset which is still in the airplane. Also consider that I dont keep the jacket, charging cables, charger, headset and flashlight in the bag which helps it compress.
