“Love my Brightline Bag However I have had to replace 2 back panels as they tend to drag and wear out when hanging off a larger suitcase type bag. Any sort of scuff plate fabric or mesh in these areas would hugely benefit improve the bags looks, functionality, and duration.”

“I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the ownership and staff of Brightline Bags. Made a purchase and all went very smooth. Also, their response to an issue involving my older Brightline bag was far more than I expected. They quickly provided the replacement parts, added some additional benefits, and provided verbal details on how to best do the installation.
