The meetings with my therapist have fallen through 4 out of 5 times becauae of technical difficulties with the site... and the website doesn't let me reschedule after 4 sessions. I basically paid 100 dollars for 1 session and 3 attempts. At least the doctor and therapist are trying their best, but it'd be easier to zoom with a doctor's private practice. Also, the lessons seem like very basic summaries of mental health and don't help with any of the complex situations I'm going through. All in all, the website seems filled with unnecessary quizes and forms and the process of getting help feels slow and clumsy.
