My provider is cold, uninformative and misleading. Not to mention I have to wait several days at times to get a response back. Now my new work schedule makes it so I can’t have a consultation with him because he doesn’t work on weekends or after 5.
I’m very disappointed and feel like I’m massively overpaying for service I would expect from McDonald’s or Walmart.
