They are horrible charging me a lot of money for no help at all I started getting my prescription through them and after a month of everything being fine the second month they charged me then kicked me off sayin my doctor said it wasn't a"good fit" all I needed was a simple way to get my prescription instead of having to go into a doctors office to get them. Then they let me sign back up and charged me again then canceled my appointment 3 hrs before it and I have to email them for a refund. Which i don't even understand how I'm not a good fit ? I have anxiety and just needed medication for that but apparently I'm not a good fit makes no sense I recommended people to try it too and they also said they weren't a good fit but yet they're supposed to be here to help with remote care ? Don't use this service
