I love Brightside. After having my 2nd baby between my crazy work schedule and my psychiatrists already booked up schedule, I could never get an appointment that worked for me to discuss my medication changes with her. I began researching online doctors or psychiatrists and came across a few but ended up picking Brightside because I liked the fact that you could submit a request for review at any point if you felt the treatment was off track. So far it’s been wonderful, I have appointments with my provider on my schedule and don’t have to worry about drive time or leaving my house if I’m already home after work. I love it and it’s been super convenient for me.
