I have gotten a great deal out of Bright side and intend to continue the servise but I would have a few notes when it comest to the usability of the online portal and booking of treatment. I would LOVE to be able to book 60 min sessions with my therapist to get a lot more out of an individual session.
Also would love to have a dedicated smart device app rather than constantly using the web browser. I know this is a nitpick but would be a great deal more convenient.
