I was very excited at first and optimistic. However, I get 30-minute calls with my therapist now, and there is nothing I can resolve in that amount of time. Since I have a copay, I cannot schedule multiple calls a week without paying a lot. I am thankful for the medication management but can get that from my PCP. The reason I am using Brightside is for the therapy. It's not really panning out right now.
