Brightside has been a God-send. I have been on wait lists for psychiatrists for awhile, or couldn't' afford the co-pays. I recently changed health insurance around the time I found Brightside and saw they accept my insurance. I was connected to a psychiatrist and therapist right away. Now my medication is updated and working better and I am working with my therapist on cognitive behavioral strategies to practically work through my anxiety when it happens. I have a long way to go, but I am finally getting help and it was so easy.
